Freelance Automotive Trainers and Coaches across Europe 

We are looking for Freelance Trainers and Coaches in the following countries to add to our existing database. You must be based locally and speak both English and the local language fluently: 

United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary. 
 
It is important you have strong communication skills, can tell us your availability in advance and can travel across the country for face-to-face training/coaching sessions and workshops. 
 
The role requires experience in delivery/coaching, within the automotive and/or the motorcycle industry.

Italian Freelance Automotive Trainer (Finance & Insurance)

We are looking for a F&I Trainer and Consultant who must be based in Italy and is fluent in Italian. It is important you have strong communication skills, can tell us your availability in advance and can travel across Italy for face to face consultations and training sessions.

The role requires experience in delivery, field team upskilling, field team and business consulting, change management, leadership management, performance management and strategy.

The role is in the automotive and finance industry and you should have experience in this industry, covering the following subjects:

Automotive Retail Trainers

RTS are looking for candidates able to facilitate and deliver inspiring network learning on behalf of a leading Automotive retailer.

They will be experienced in the Automotive sector and be able to optimise their existing product knowledge to become a subject matter expert for their designated client. They will be adept at building powerful relationships with stakeholders and collaborating to develop outstanding learning solutions. They will be able to advise and support the agency in-house design team on all matters relating to the product, brand and customer experience to ensure the optimum quality and relevance of all learning solutions and associated materials. They will be a great communicator and able to ensure that all parties are kept informed and up to date. They will be comfortable travelling in the UK to deliver local training in the dealer network as well as at the client training academy. Effective diary management will be an essential element of the job. They will have strong collaborative skills and be able to give feedback, motivate and inspire the internal team as well as any freelance providers to strive to achieve the highest standards possible. Coaching and support for colleagues will be a key aspect of the role and they will oversee future quality strategy, establishing best practice and a culture of continuous improvement.

Salary: £40k plus a company car

Quality Control Manager

RTS Group is seeking an experienced Quality Control manager who will take responsibility for optimising the quality of RTS solutions, proposals and any materials delivered to clients, as well as any internally produced media, showreels, websites, blogs etc.

They will have a keen eye for detail and be skilled at proof reading and editing across a range of media. They will also be adept at analysing quality data and be able to take ownership for all quality metrics and reporting within the organisation.

They will have strong collaborative skills and be able to give feedback, motivate and inspire the internal team as well as any freelance providers to strive to achieve the highest standards possible.

Coaching and support for colleagues will be a key aspect of the role and they will oversee future quality strategy, establishing best practice and a culture of continuous improvement.

Salary: £35k – £45k depending on experience

We are looking for professionals to support our provision of a blended range of both digital and face-to-face learning solutions. These include eLearning, Video Learning, Virtual Classroom, and Face to Face. They will have specialist skill sets which will enhance and add value to our solution output across a wide variety of media and channels.

They will be flexible and comfortable, as well as effective when collaborating with our internal studio and project management team.
