Senior Bid Manager

RTS Group is seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Bid Manager to lead the full proposal and pitch process across a portfolio of well-known clients.

Working alongside internal stakeholders, including the Account Management, Studio and Enterprise teams, the Senior Bid Manager will be responsible for the delivery of all pricing, quotations and proposals across the entire business.

With a keen focus on ensuring both quality and profitability, the ideal candidate will be able to lead and collaborate across the business, optimising the existing process to ensure timely delivery, with accountability to the win-rate and the gross profit of all bids.

RTS Group is firmly entrenched in the automotive sector, which remains at the heart of its services. Equally, the Senior Bid Manager will play a pivotal role in exploring other opportunities in both the private and public sector, working alongside either a sales team or taking the initiative themselves to identify relevant projects that are published across public sector frameworks.

Salary: £50k+ + bonus

Key skills required:

  • Keen understanding of the full proposal process – including budgeting and resourcing 
  • A strong grasp of complex challenges and existing & new concepts 
  • An excellent understanding of commercial metrics 
  • Fully adept with spreadsheet and presentation software 
  • Leadership across a number of disciplines and teams 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Learning Consultant/ Designer (Automotive Finance & Insurance)

This role calls for an expert in automotive finance & insurance who is able to seamlessly knit programme and client requirements together, to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of programme components.

The role will require a strong understanding of design and the delivery of multiple assets (both digital and in-person deployment).

The Learning Consultant will take ownership for ensuring that assets are delivered to the highest level of quality and on time. They will be able to consult effectively with clients and colleagues alike, building trust and credibility, and translating this into strong, long-term working relationships.

Salary: £35-£45k depending on experience

Creative Media Designer

This role calls for a talented and confident Creative Media Designer competent in a wide range of graphic design packages. The role requires someone with a high quality and original graphic design ability who is not fazed by tight deadlines. Someone with a positive attitude and the ability to create fresh and modern designs to brief would thrive in this exciting role.

Salary: £26k-30k depending on experience

We are looking for professionals to support our provision of a blended range of both digital and face-to-face learning solutions. They will have specialist skill sets which will enhance and add value to our solution output across a wide variety of media and channels.

They will be flexible and comfortable, as well as effective when collaborating with our internal studio and project management team.

We are seeking an experienced trainer/facilitator with a proven track-record of delivering both face-to-face and online training covering the following subjects:

  • Vehicle Taxation

We are seeking a subject matter expert who will be able to establish a strong level of credibility with our clients and learners and who are able to demonstrate an up-to-date knowledge of Automotive Finance.

Bilingual Associate Trainers

We are looking for potential Associate partners, working on a freelance basis, to deliver development workshops for an automotive audience. The sessions will be primarily virtual classrooms, but there may also be a requirement for face-to-face delivery.
