RTS Group has been named among the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to work for 2018

We have entered the prestigious list for the first time, news that was announced at a specialise Best Companies ceremony.

This comes hot on the heels of our achieving the maximum Best Companies 3 Stars accreditation, one more than our two stars status of the previous two years, when we first applied for the scheme.

This competitive list spotlights the 100 companies in the ‘small’ category with the highest Best Companies Index scores. To join the list, organisations must employ at least 50 full-time employees and achieve one of the 100 highest BCI scores in the category.

“We are absolutely delighted, first to have achieved the 3 Stars accreditation for the first time and also to have made it into the top 100,” said Malcolm Miller, managing director of RTS Group. “The results show we have a really great level of engagement among our fantastic team. A spokeswoman for Best Companies, which runs the accreditation programme, said: “A 3 Star accreditation is our highest standard of workplace engagement, representing organisations that truly excel. Awarded to organisations with a BCI score of 738 or higher, the 3 Star accreditation reflects ‘extraordinary’ levels of workplace engagement.
