One of our automotive clients introduced a 3 to 5-year digital strategy based on Retailer Network feedback. It was found that time away from the business was too frequent and too long.
RTS designed and delivered a digitalised programme to counter Retailer Network concerns for both Sales and Aftersales which included a robust online TNA with an Initial Assessment to identify specific developmental needs for individuals. Personal Development plans were created on these results which conclude with a Final Assessment.
The programme has been a success in terms of targeting developmental requirements and being able to impact retailer performance, contributing to improving Customer Experiences.
