With the all-new Mazda MX-30, the brand’s first EV, a comprehensive learning journey was created, commencing with electrification learning to satisfy the IMI’s requirements.

The blend of learning assets included VCTs, eLearning, livestream broadcasts, videos, assessments and follow-up, delivered at regular intervals leading up to the market introduction of the MX-30. Touchpoints with the Academy Product Training team at strategic intervals has ensured all learners received the level of support they required.
