Mazda Sales & Service
As the impact of COVID-19 became apparent we quickly re-engineered the structure and design of the Mazda Sales and Service Pathways to migrate the offering to an online/remote blend of training solutions. These included expanding the eLearning elements, Virtual Classroom and Video Learning.
We worked in close collaboration with the Academy Manager to redefine the Mazda Customer Experience, with the integration of Mazda Your Way and Buyer Journey Optimisation. We have also incorporated a suite of resources which will be available on demand to support the participants’ progress along their learning pathways. Their journey culminates in a rigorous multifaceted remote accreditation assessment.
