Volvo Digital Transition
As the Volvo team migrated into digital delivery, we provided support by introducing four additional skills, for which we have provided training and coaching deployment.
The four digital skills sets we focussed development on were:
1. Technical Proficiency
2. Personal Impact
3. Audience Engagement
4. Inspiring Improvement
We have also carried out train the trainer sessions on Adobe Meetings and provided an ongoing programme of regular observations with PDPs to enhance and improve delivery. To monitor progress, we utilise an observation tool, which is used for coaching and performance improvement of the Volvo Outsourced team. These observations are conducted and reported on by the Head of Managed Services.
